In order to serve our guests better, we improve our quality of service at our Sapa O'Chau Travel Social Enterprise and Sapa O'Chau Café by serving members only. This is with effect from 14 Nov 2017.
We want to foster a lasting relationship with our members who support responsible and sustainable tourism; members who support United Nations Sustainable Development Goals; members who encourage disadvantaged ethnic minority people especially women and children; members who would feedback to us face-to-face so that we can improve our quality of service instead of putting us down anonymously via online review services.
Membership includes complimentary usage of our facilities. These facilities include the guest lounge in our Hanoi office with free wifi, sunchairs, hot shower, towel, shampoo, drinking water, air-con, luggage lockers, member care, etc. In our Sapa Head Office, we provide members with exclusive use of our café, free shower facilities, shampoo, towel, lockers, luggage storage, welcome drink, member care, etc.

You may wish to visit our new partnership with Sapa New Day Hotel. Here we train disadvantaged ethnic minority youth in hospitality so that they could join the booming tourism industry which is in great shortage of trained staff. This will help businesses to employ local people rather than people from big cities. Local people have in-depth knowledge of the area to better serve tourists.
